Subject: APPOINTMENT OF DUNCAN DOVICO AS AUDITORS
Cryosite (ASX: CTE) wishes to advise that the Sydney based audit firm Duncan Dovico have been appointed the auditors of Cryosite Ltd following the resignation of Ernst and Young.
Duncan Dovico is a boutique accounting firm established in 1990 to provide value added tax, accounting and audit services to all industry groups.
The specialist audit division has experience with listed corporations in a variety of sectors. Their risk based approach is structured to ensure that industry and organisational specific risks are identified and reflected to key stakeholders, together with relevant financial information.
