MARKET RELEASE (ASX: CTE) 2023 Annual General Meeting
2 October 2023 - Cryosite Ltd ( Cryosite ) is pleased to announce that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) is expected to be held on 23 November 2023 at 11am (Sydney Time) at the offices of Cryosite, 13A Ferndell St, South Granville 2142.
Final details relating to the AGM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders and released to the ASX in due course.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 9 October 2023.
