F1: On December 10, 2014 Mr. Martin acquired 50,000 shares of Common Stock from Martin Enterprises LLC at $77.835 per share. Mr. Martin is the sole manager, and Mr. Martin and trusts (of which Mr. Martin is the sole trustee) formed soley for the benefit of his children are the sole members, of Martin Enterprises LLC. Upon completion of this purchase, Mr. Martin contributed 50,000 shares to a charitable foundation of which he is President.
