Force Commodities Limited ( Company) (ASX: 4CE ) advises that it has completed the allotment and issue of the oversubscribed placement advised on 5 January 2017.

20,603,227 new shares were placed under the Company’s capacity under ASX Listing Rule (LR) 7.1.

The balance of the Placement consists of the issue of 17,321,573 new shares under LR 7.1A.

The following information is provided pursuant to LR 3.10.5A:

  • a) Existing holders of the Company’s securities will be diluted by 8.06% following the issue under LR 7.1A.

  • b) The Company originally proposed an issue under LR 7.1 however demand was such, that the Company extended the offer to include the capacity available under LR 7.1A. The Company will consider a pro-rata issue to existing holders of ordinary securities in due course.

  • c) The Placement was not underwritten.

d) A fee of $17,322 was paid on the funds raised under LR 7.1A.

The total amount of capital raised under the Placement is $948,120 before costs.

The relevant Appendix 3B is attached.
