Nevada Lithium 111 Claims Acquisition Completed

Sovereign Gold Company Ltd (“Sovereign Gold” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: SOC) is pleased to announce it has allotted and issued 12,500,000 shares and 12,500,000 options with respect to acquisition of 111 claims Nevada, USA.

The shares were issued at a consideration of AU$0.006 each and the options are exercisable at AU$0.006 on or before 5 August 2019.

Attached is the relevant Appendix 3B.

The Company will allot and issue of a further 35,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares OR AU$175,000 at the discretion of Sovereign Gold upon confirmation of a JORC-complaint inferred lithium carbonate resource of at least 300,000 tonnes from the ground comprising the claims.

Title in the 111 Claims is being transferred to Sovereign Gold Nevada Inc., the Company’s 100% owned US subsidiary.
