Shareholder Information Sessions – Melbourne and Sydney

Force Commodities Ltd ( Force or the Company ) (ASX Code: 4CE) is pleased to host Shareholder Information Sessions in Melbourne on 1 June 2017 and Sydney on 2 June 2017, subject to sufficient interest being received from shareholders .

Following the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Wednesday 31 May 2017, Alistair Stephens (Executive Director) will depart for the east coast to meet with shareholders and investors in Melbourne and Sydney.

Analysis of the Company’s share registry shows that of the 1,167 Shareholders current as of 23 May 2017, 481 (or 41.22%) are from New South Wales and 227 or (19.45%) are from Victoria.

Given that a large percentage of the shareholding base are unlikely to be in attendance at the Company’s AGM in Perth on 31 May 2016; it was considered appropriate to extend an invitation to shareholders in the states with the largest representation on the Company’s share registry to meet management first hand and to receive information about upcoming works programs.
