LEUVEN – Belgium – January 5, 2015 – On 30 December 2014 Option NV received a notification of participation in accordance with the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings in issuers. ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen NV (PMV) informed Option that as per 24 December 2014 its participation fell below the threshold of 3% of the total outstanding voting rights.
