Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ,this is to inform you that that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed on 22nd December,2020 have appointed Mrs Sarita Soni (DIN: 08998686) as an Additional Director (Non Executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 23rd December,2020 for the period of 5 years subject to the approval of Shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Pursuant to BSE Circular bearing no. LIST /COMP /14/2018-19 and NSE Circular NSE/CML/2018/02 dated June 20, 2018 we confirm that Mrs Sarita Soni (DIN: 08998686) is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

Brief details required as per Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
