TRANSFER OF EQUITY SHARED OF THE COMPANY TO INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND ACCOUNT
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and with the transfer Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Referral) Rules, 2012, as amended ("Rules") the Company is mandating required to transfer the shares of these shareholders who have not claimed their dividends) for 7 (Seven) consecutive years or more, to the Invoice Education and Protection Fund ("EPP") Account due up to the Capital Government.
The amount of any other than the common stock shares (Gains, cash transfer and/or Transferred Suspense Account) of the Company (Company's Suspense Account) in accordance with schedule (Gains & of the Leaving Amount, Regulation, Act of 1996) of the unit Schedule of the EPP Account.
The details of such Consumed Stockholders and their shares for the transfer to EPP Account have been adjusted on the Company's website: www.kle.com, www.kle.com and also of these shareholders whose shares are (only) in the Company's Suspense Account and the declared shares have not been reported for 7 (Seven) consecutive years or more (together relevant to an "Consumed Shareholders"), shall be liable to be transferred to EPP Account.
The amount of such total value from and out is the EPP Rules, the Company has sent individual communication of the registered address of the Consumed Shareholders whose dividends have received interest in the data and corresponding shares) are liable to be transferred to the EPP Account.
The details of such Consumed Shareholders and their shares for the transfer to EPP Account have been adjusted on the Company's website: www.kle.com, www.kle.com and the of these shareholders whose shares are (only) in the Company's Suspense Account and the declared shares have not been reported for 7 (Seven) consecutive years or more (together relevant to an "Consumed Shareholders"), shall be liable to be transferred to EPP Account.
The Consumed Shareholders may also vote that once the unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares are transferred to EPP Account, such shares, including, but not limited to, benefits accruing thereon are not claimed from the EPP Authority after showing the provisions prescribed under the applicable Revenue code (Regulations) and no against the Company in respect of unclaimed dividend amount and shares transferred to EPP Authority pursuant to the Rules.
