NEW SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED, INCLUDING CORRECTION OF PAST STATUS

Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company") has on 7 September 2022 registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises a share capital increase related to the issuance of 315,168 new shares in the Company in relation to an internal exchange of shares in the Company for shares held by employees in a subsidiary of the Company.

The Company's new share capital is NOK 89,285,768, divided into 89,285,768 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.

On 29 August 2022, the Company registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises of share capital increase resulting in a share capital of NOK 88,970,600, divided into 88,970,600 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.

On 27 May 2022, the Company registered a share capital increase announced on 11 May 2022 in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, resulting in a share capital of NOK 88,614,485, divided into 88,614,485 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
