(Oslo, 4 June 2020) Reference is made to the announcement on 25 May 2020, whereby Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker "CRAYON") announced the successful completion of a private placement and a secondary sale of shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 4,615,385 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following this, the share capital of Crayon is NOK 81,239,449, comprising of 81,239,449 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
