Crayon Group Holding ASA: Share options to primary insider

Oslo, 23 March 2018: The board of directors in Crayon Group Holding ASA has granted Jon Birger Syvertsen (CFO) 100,000 options with a strike price of NOK 15.50 per share, as part of Crayon Group's existing share option program for leading employees.

The share options granted will vest with 1/3 per year (as long as the option holder is still employed) with the first vesting date in March 2019. The options may be exercised in the period from March 2021 until March 2023.

Following this grant, Jon Birger Syvertsen holds 100,000 options
