Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.

On 23 March 2023, SCWF of 734,398 shares of the Company. Additionally, on 23 March 2023, SCWF had lent 130,000 shares of the Company, altogether resulting in a shareholding amounting to 5.066% of total voting rights and 5.066% of total share capital, with 4.921% being actually held and 0.145% being lent shares. Please see the enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of shares in the Company held by each management company in respect of which this notification relates.

SCWF previously disclosed (as of 01 November 2021) a shareholding of 4,419,870 votes amounting to 5.263% of total voting rights and 4,419,870 shares amounting to 5.263% of total share capital.

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 23 March 2023 included SCWF's holdings.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 89,401,344 votes and the total share capital figure of 89,401,344 shares were used to calculate the percentages.
