OSLO, Norway, 25 March 2021: Crayon Group Holding ASA (“Crayon”) announces that under its 2020 strategic performance incentive program, 1,700,625 options have been issued to management.
Of these, 800,000 options are issued to primary insiders, specifically:
• Bente Liberg [COO]: 100,000 options
• Jon Birger Syvertsen [CFO]: 200,000 options
• Mattias Ödlund [CTO]: 100,000 options
• Melissa Mulholland [Interim CEO]: 300,000 options
• Nabil Chebbi [CMO]: 100,000 options
Chairman of the board in Crayon, Jens Rugseth, comments: “I’m proud to announce this award, as the strategic performance incentive program tracks strategic KPI's which are fundamental to the long-term success of Crayon. As such, the strong performance by the management team during 2020 demonstrates the strong foundation for long-term success in Crayon.
As the options issue relates to 2020 performance targets, the options are issued with a strike price equal to the share price on January 1st, 2020, implying a strike price of NOK 53.60.
The options will vest in three tranches, with 1/3 vesting annually, with a five-year overall term for the option agreements.
Following this option award, the primary insiders in question have the following shareholdings in Crayon:
• Bente Liberg holds 338,390 shares and 100,000 options
• Jon Birger Syvertsen holds 103,334 shares and 200,000 options
• Mattias Ödlund holds no shares and 100,000 options
• Melissa Mulholland holds 5,821 shares and 300,000 options
• Nabil Chebbi holds 42,201 shares and 175,000 options
