INTERNAL TRANSFER OF SHARES IN CRAYON

SoftwareONE AG ("SWO") has on 27 December 2018 transferred all of its 7,014,682 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company") to its parent company, SoftwareONE Holding AG ("SWO Holding"). SWO Holding's consolidated holding of shares and votes in the Company, equivalent of 9.3%, remains unaltered.
