SoftwareONE Holding AG has on 24 April 2019 purchased 2,972,716 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA. Following completion of the transaction, SoftwareONE Holding AG owns 9,987,398 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA, equivalent to approximately 13.2% of the shares and votes in the company.
