CRAYON - SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE

With reference to the announcement made by Axion Holding Cyprus Limited ("Axion") on 15 August 2018 regarding an acquisition of shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon") resulting in a shareholding above 10% in Crayon, IT Invest Financial Solutions (Cyprus) Limited ("ITIFS"), hereby announces that its shareholding in Crayon has been reduced to zero as a consequence of the transfer of all its 7,644,039 shares in Crayon to Axion. Following this transaction, ITIFS holds zero shares in Crayon.
