CRAYON - DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

OEP ITS Holding B.V., a company majority owned by funds managed and advised by OEP Capital Advisors, L.P. and co-owned by Axion Holding Cyprus Limited, has today agreed to acquire 16,456,268 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company"). The completion of the acquisition is conditional upon receipt of necessary competition clearances. A separate notification will be made when the acquisition is completed.

Following completion of this acquisition, OEP ITS Holding B.V. will own 24,100,307 shares in the Company, representing approximately 31.97% of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.
