CRAYON - DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Norvestor Holding I AS (under liquidation) ("Norvestor"), a company controlled by fund advised

by Norvestor Equity AS, has today agreed to sell all of its 16,456,268 shares ("Shares") in Crayon

Group Holding ASA (the "Company") at NOK 19 per Share. The Shares are subject to certain voting

obligations until necessary competition clearances have been obtained and the transfer is

completed. A separate notification will be made when the transfer of the Shares is completed,

following which Norvestor will hold no shares in the Company.
