Oslo, 07:00 CET, 15 February 2022: Crayon Group Holding ASA (OSE: CRAYN) today reports record fourth-quarter results, rounding off a successful year characterized by continued value creation across all business areas as well as substantial growth and M&A activity.

In addition, we were able to complete attractive acquisitions to broaden our global footprint and deepen our expertise.”

Q4 2021 Financial Highlights

- Gross profit NOK 951m, 42.5% YoY positively impacted by recent acquisition of rhipe, which closed in November

2021

- Adj. EBITDA NOK 225m up 64% from NOK 137m in Q4 2020.

- Margin expansion across all business areas driven by increased scale and synergy effects

2021 Financial Highlights

- Revenues NOK 26.4 billion, up 35% from NOK 19.6 billion in 2020

- Gross profit NOK 3 040m, up 30% YoY from NOK 2 345m

- Adj. EBITDA NOK 655m, resulting in margin of 21.5% (17.6%)

- NOK 2.58 earnings per share (EPS), up 78% from NOK 1.48 in 2020

- Pro forma gross profit NOK 3 502, including full-year effects of rhipe and Sensa acquisitions

Updated FY 2022 guidance

- Gross profit growth: 35-40%

- Adj. EBITDA margin: 22-23%

- Average net working capital / gross profit: -15% to -20%

- Capex NOK ~100m
