Oslo, Norway, 16 February 2021: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports its best full-year financial results with record-breaking, double-digit increase in gross profit in the fourth quarter.

“I am pleased to report that we marked our best-ever quarter and full-year financial results,” said CEO Torgrim Takle. “Companies continue to invest in technology and cloud solutions to improve business resilience and digital capability, reaffirming our confidence in a positive outlook for the company.”

Key financial figures for Q4 2020:

- Revenue of NOK 5,632m, 33% growth from NOK 4,236m in Q4 2019

- Gross profit of NOK 667m, 27% growth from NOK 527m in Q4 2019

- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 137m, 40% growth from NOK 98m in Q4 2019
