Crayon Group Holding ASA: Financial results for Q4 2019

Oslo, 11 February 2020: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports the eight consecutive quarter of year-over-year ("YoY") organic revenue and gross profit growth across all business areas and market clusters. Q4 2019 revenue growth was 54% and gross profit growth was 15% compared to Q4 2018.

Adjusted EBITDA in Q4 2019 increased by NOK 20m (compared to Q4 2018) to NOK 98m.

Financial Key figures for Q4 2019:

- Revenue of NOK 4,228m in Q4 2019, 54% growth from NOK 2,740m in Q4 2018

- Gross profit of NOK 527m in Q4 2019, 15% growth from NOK 459m in Q4 2018

- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 98m in Q4 2019, NOK +20m from NOK 78m in Q4 2018
