Oslo, 11 August 2020: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports the best-ever financial quarterly results with double-digit year-over-year organic revenue and gross profit growth across all business areas and market clusters, and with record-breaking EBITDA and cash flow. “We continue to see organizations investing in technology and cloud solutions to improve business resilience and digital capability, resulting in increased demand for Crayon’s products and services and a strengthened outlook for the company “, says Crayon CEO Torgrim Takle.

- Revenue of NOK 6,095m, 44% growth from NOK 4,243m in Q2 2019
- Gross profit of NOK 666m, 35% growth from NOK 494m in Q2 2019
- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 171m, NOK +47m from NOK 124m in Q2 2019
- Net income of NOK 103m, NOK +57m from NOK 56m in Q2 2019
