Crayon Group Holding ASA: Financial results for Q4 2018

Oslo, 12 February 2019: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports a fourth consecutive quarter of strong year-over-year ("YoY") organic revenue and gross profit growth across all business areas and market clusters. Q4 2018 revenue growth was 25% and gross profit growth was 27% compared to Q4 2017.

Adjusted EBITDA in Q4 2018 increased by MNOK 20 (compared to Q4 2017) to MNOK 78. The YoY EBITDA increase in Q4 2018 was driven by all market clusters, except for the USA, with strong growth both within software and services.

“Q4 2018 marked another record financial quarter for Crayon, also yielding the best full-year results ever, with strong organic revenue growth and EBITDA improvement compared to the same periods the previous year. Crayon grew faster than the market this year, underlining the relevance of our value-based approach towards clients”, commented Crayon CEO Torgrim Takle.

Financial key figures for Q4 2018:

- Revenue of MNOK 2,865 in Q4 2018, 25% growth from MNOK 2,292 in Q4 2017. Financial year 2018 (“FY 2018”) revenue of MNOK 9,458

- Gross profit of MNOK 460 in Q4 2018, 27% growth from MNOK 362 in Q4 2017. FY 2018 gross profit of MNOK 1,488

- Adjusted EBITDA of MNOK 78 in Q4 2018, +20 MNOK from MNOK 58 in Q4 2017. FY 2018 adjusted EBITDA of MNOK 188
