Crayon Group Holding ASA: Financial results for Q1 2019
Oslo, 09 May 2019: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports a fifth consecutive quarter of strong year-over-year ("YoY") organic revenue and gross profit growth across all business areas and market clusters. Q1 2019 revenue growth was 49% and gross profit growth was 28% compared to Q1 2019.
Adjusted EBITDA in Q1 2019 increased by NOK 22m (compared to Q1 2018) to NOK 36m. The YoY EBITDA increase in Q1 2019 was driven by all market clusters, except for USA, with strong growth both within software and services. EBITDA is affected due to IFRS 16 by NOK +6.8m.

- Revenue of NOK 2,674m in Q1 2019, 49% growth from NOK 1,795m in Q1 2018
- Gross profit of NOK 395m in Q1 2019, 28% growth from NOK 310m in Q1 2018
- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 36m in Q1 2019, NOK +23m from NOK 13m in Q1 2018
