Crayon Group Holding ASA: Financial results for Q2 2019

Oslo, 13 August 2019: Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") reports a sixth consecutive quarter of strong year-over-year ("YoY") organic revenue and gross profit growth across all business areas and market clusters. Q2 2019 revenue growth was 43% and gross profit growth was 21% compared to Q2 2018.

Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2019 increased by NOK 32m (compared to Q2 2018) to NOK 124m. The YoY EBITDA increase in Q2 2019 was driven by all market clusters and business areas, except for SAM. EBITDA is affected due to IFRS 16 by NOK +9.7m.

Financial Key figures for Q2 2019:

- Revenue of NOK 4,236m in Q2 2019, 43% growth from NOK 2,967m in Q2 2018

- Gross profit of NOK 494m in Q2 2019, 21% growth from NOK 408m in Q2 2018

- Adjusted EBITDA of NOK 124m in Q2 2019, NOK +32m from NOK 92m in Q2 2018

- Net income of NOK 56m in Q2 2019, NOK +8m from NOK 49m in Q2 2018
