Crayon Group Holding AS - Q4 2016 results

(Oslo, 10 February 2017) In the fourth quarter of

2016, Crayon achieved an underlying gross profit of

NOK 332.5 million and operating profit before

depreciation, amortization and exceptional items

(EBITDA) of NOK 63.6 million, compared to NOK 324.0

million and NOK 54.3 million, respectively, for the

same period in 2015.

For the full year 2016, Crayon achieved an

underlying gross profit of NOK 1,128.4 million and

operating profit before depreciation, amortization

and exceptional items (EBITDA) of NOK 105.2 million,

compared to NOK 914.9 million and NOK 113.7 million,

respectively, for FY 2015.

Net interest bearing debt incl. Anglepoint's interest

bearing promissory note, as of end December 2016 was

MNOK 451.7 (adjusted for restricted cash). The Company

had headroom with regards to its bank covenants.
