(OSLO, Norway) — Crayon Group Holding ASA has been notified that, on 4 April 2024, Goodcharma AS, a company fully owned by Bente Liberg, Chief Human Resources Officer and primary insider of Crayon Group Holding ASA, has sold 17 000 shares at an average price of 76,33.

Following the above transaction, Goodcharma AS holds 423 690 shares of the Company.
