Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.

On 12 April 2023, SCWF disposed of 126,733 shares of the Company. Additionally, on 12 April 2023, SCWF had lent 130,000 shares of the Company, altogether resulting in a shareholding amounting to 4.881% of total voting rights and 4.881% of total share capital, with 4.735% being actually held and 0.145% being lent shares. Please see the enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of shares in the Company held by SCWF in respect of which this notification relates.

SCWF previously disclosed (as of 23 March 2023) a shareholding of 4,529,063 votes amounting to 5.066% of total voting rights and 4,529,063 shares amounting to 5.066% of total share capital.

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 12 April 2023 included SCWF's holdings.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 89,401,344 votes and the total share capital figure of 89,401,344 shares were used to calculate the percentages.
