(OSLO, Norway) — References are made to the stock exchange notices by Crayon Group Holding ASA (“Crayon”) on April 8, 2022 regarding end of the subscription period under the employee share incentive program and today regarding the resolution by the Board to increase the share capital.
Under the employee share incentive program, employees were offered to subscribe at the volume-weighted average share price from March 25, 2022 to April 8, 2022 minus a 20% discount, resulting in a subscription price of NOK 117.70 per share. In aggregate, approximately 900 employees, corresponding to 27% of eligible employees, participated in the program.
