MANDATORY DISCLOSURE OF TRADE

Oslo, 10 November 2021: In connection with the private placement announced by Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company"), Karbon Invest AS has sold 1,582,149 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 190 per share. Following the sale and disregarding the share lending announced earlier today, Karbon Invest AS will, following the private placement, hold 4,8000,000 shares in the Company, corresponding to 5.48% of the outstanding share capital. Karbon Invest AS is controlled by Rune Syversen and Jens Rugseth, Chairman and member of the board of the Company, respectively. Please see attachment.
