Crayon Group Holding ASA – Approval of prospectus and listing of bonds

(Oslo, 2 April 2020) Reference is made to the announcement made on 6 November 2019 by Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon") concerning the issuance of a NOK 300 million senior unsecured bond, with a NOK 600 million borrowing limit and maturity on 21 November 2022 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds are issued with ISIN NO0010868433.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved a prospectus dated 2 April 2020 (the "Prospectus") covering the listing of the Bonds on Oslo Børs. The admission to listing of the Bonds is expected to take place on 3 April 2020 under the ticker code "CRAYON03".
