Crayon Group Holding ASA: Equity Claw-back notice on bond (ISIN: NO 0010789985)

Oslo, 08. November 2017, Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon" or the "Company", OSE ticker code "CRAYON") has today sent an Equity Claw-back notice to Nordic Trustee (attached) regarding the Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2017/2020 - ISIN NO 0010789985.

Pursuant to Clause 10.7 in the bond agreement (available at: https://www.crayon.com/en/about-us/investor-relations/debt-investors/) the Company hereby give notice that the Company exercises its right to redeem NOK 150 million (one hundred fifty million Norwegian Kroner) of the Bond Issue, at a price equal to 102 % of par value (plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount).

The settlement date for the Equity Claw-Back will be 22 November 2017.
