Crayon Group Holding AS - New Board member

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held at the

company's premises on October 28th, 2016, Dagfinn

Ringås was elected new Board member.

Dagfinn Ringås (Norwegian citizen) is currently CEO of

Schneider Electric Norway, a global specialist in

energy management and automation with 170 000

employees across 100 countries (580 employees and NOK

2.2bn sales in Norway). Dagfinn brings to the Crayon

Board more than 20 years of experience from the IT

industry, out of which the last 10 years from

Microsoft Norway where Mr. Ringås was head of B2B and

partner network. Mr. Ringås holds an MBA degree from

Sydney Business School and a bachelor degree in

American studies and political sciences from

University of Oslo. Mr. Ringås currently holds Board

positions in Elko, Møre Electric Group and EFO.

Current Crayon Group Holding AS Board member Jens

Rugseth has decided to decline re-election and will

resign effective October 28th, 2016.
