Release of Ordinary Shares subject to voluntary Escrow expiring 3rd September 2010

Under listing Rule 3.10A, we hereby give no less than 10 Business days notice of the release of 662,500 Ordinary shares, issued as part of, and under the September 2007 Employee Incentive Scheme.

The Shares will be released on the 3rd September 2010.
