Board Update

CPT Global Limited (ASX: CGO) (“CPT Global” or “the Company”) advises that Deborah Hadwen has resigned from the Board as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee with effect from today. Deborah’s contribution to the Board, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Company during her appointment as Non-Executive Director has been significant. The Board, Executive Team and staff of CPT Global thank Deborah for her service to the Company and wish her well for the future.
