Release of Ordinary Shares subject to voluntary Escrow expiring 23rd October 2009

Under listing Rule 3.10A, we hereby give 10 Business days notice of the release of 280,000 Ordinary shares, issued as part of, and under the October 2006 Employee Incentive Scheme.

The Shares will be released on the 23rd October 2009.
