New institutional investor joins the CPT Global share register

Pie Funds Management Limited, an institutional investor, has recently become a substantial shareholder of CPT Global Limited (CPT), acquiring 2.4 million shares in CPT, bringing its shareholding to 6.6% of the Company’s issued capital. CPT’s founder and major shareholder, Mr Gerry Tuddenham sold 750,000 shares from his own holding in CPT to support the demand for CPT shares. Mr. Tuddenham still retains 29.3% of CPT’s issued capital after this sale to Pie Funds.

Mr. Tuddenham advised ‘My action in no way represents any reduction of my personal commitment to CPT. The addition of a new institutional investor to the CPT share register is in the opinion of the independent CPT directors positive and in the interests of shareholders.
