Appointment of Director – Mr Luke Tuddenham

Effective 1 November 2021, Luke Tuddenham will take over as CEO and Managing Director from founder Gerry Tuddenham.

Luke will continue to be based in the US, where he has spearheaded CPT’s extremely successful expansion into the world's largest market.

Luke joined CPT in 2005 and worked in the company’s Australian and USA markets for six years before focusing on North America, becoming the Vice President in 2011 and then President of the North American & European business in 2016.

Luke started his career in Melbourne with Andersen in 2000 and joined CPT Global from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University’s Business School and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2007.

The board congratulates Luke Tuddenham on his appointment and is excited to see the company expand and evolve under his stewardship. Gerry Tuddenham will remain a director of CPT Global.
