Appointment of Director– Mr Nigel Sandiford

CPT Global Limited (ASX: CGO) (CPT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nigel Sandiford to the Board of CPT as a non-executive director, effective 1 October 2018.

Mr Sandiford is an experienced business manager who has held senior executive positions at world-leading companies in the music and video gaming industries. He has worked in the UK, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia plus spent considerable amounts of time in the US and China.

After opening Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) across 15 countries as the Asia-Pacific founding regional President, Nigel took early retirement. Since that time, he has advised and/or invested in technology start-ups in China, the UK, North America and Australia, covering various forms of digital development, distribution and disruption. Nigel has also mentored male and female executives globally, both in corporate and individual businesses, including Google, Facebook, Electronic Arts, Amazon, Apple and Microsoft.

Nigel has a MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Auckland University and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

On announcing the appointment, CPT’s chairman, Mr Fred Grimwade, stated: “Nigel’s extensive global executive career, mentoring skills and his knowledge and expertise in the digital start-up environment will strengthen the Board as we continue to build CPT’s business and expand our digital services.”
