CPT GLOBAL LIMITED (ASX: CGO) Appointment of David Lynch as CEO Australia and Asia

David joins CPT from DBS Bank, one of the world's most innovative banks, where he was responsible for all Technology & Operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. In 2015, David led the creation of Hong Kong's first dedicated Fintech startup accelerator, and brings to CPT deep experience in digital transformation. Prior to joining DBS, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Standard Chartered in China as well as overseeing Technology and Operations for Consumer Banking in Greater China. He later ran Operations globally for Consumer Banking, based in Singapore. David brings 13 years of on the ground Asian experience into CPT. In this new role, he will accelerate CPT's expansion into Asia as well as manage and transform CPT's Australian operations. David will also assume responsibility for innovation and digital services for the company as a whole, including new products, services and strategic alliances.

Gerry Tuddenham, will remain CEO for the company as a whole and will retain oversight for all business in Europe, North and South America. David will report to Gerry.
