CPT GLOBAL LIMITED (ASX: CGO) Appointment of David Lynch as a Director of CPT Global Limited

CPT is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lynch as an Executive Director, effective from 17 October 2016.

David joined CPT in April 2016 from DBS Bank. Since joining CPT, David has demonstrated the leadership, strategic, operational and governance skills to manage and transform CPT. His experience, knowledge and expertise in innovation and digital transformation are critical to CPT’s future success. The Directors of CPT believe these strengths and qualities make David an ideal candidate to join the CPT Board of Directors.

David will remain CEO Australia and Asia.

As announced in April 2016, prior to joining CPT David worked for DBS Bank, one of the world's most innovative banks, where he was responsible for all Technology & Operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. In 2015, he led the creation of Hong Kong's first dedicated Fintech startup accelerator, and brings to CPT deep experience in digital transformation. Prior to joining DBS, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Standard Chartered in China as well as overseeing Technology and Operations for Consumer Banking in Greater China. He later ran Operations globally for Consumer Banking, based in Singapore. David brings 13 years of on the ground Asian experience into CPT.
