Retirement of Executive Director

CPT recently advised shareholders at its AGM of Mr. Peter Wright’s retirement from the CPT Global Board. Mr Wright, an Executive Director of CPT Global since 2001, has contributed a significant amount to the business in terms of its management, the development of the management consulting practice and government business and the execution of strategic engagements.

Having developed a number of interests outside corporate directorships, Mr. Wright has made the decision to cease as an executive of CPT and retire from the CPT Board, in order to pursue these interests. He will remain available to conduct strategic consulting assignments on behalf of CPT on a part time basis.

CPT Global’s Chairman, Mr. Fred Grimwade expressed the Board’s gratitude for Mr. Wright’s contribution to the business at CPT’s recent AGM.

At this stage CPT does not propose to appoint an executive to the CPT Board to replace Mr. Wright.
