CPT GLOBAL LIMITED (ASX: CGO) Appointment of Company Secretary

CPT Global announces that Mr Gerry Tuddenham has been appointed Company Secretary, with effect from 10[th] September 2010 , replacing Mr Stephan Scheffer.

This is an interim appointment pending the start date of the new Company Secretary.

Further announcements will be made prior to the 31st October 2010 once the new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Appointment commences his role.
