CPT GLOBAL LIMITED (ASX: CGO)

As part of the continual strengthening of CPT Global's strategic and executive management the following position changes have been made:

Mr Fred Grimwade, independent director, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of CPT Global Limited. Fred will remain a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration & Nominations Committee.

Mr Glenn Fielding, independent director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and remains Chairman of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee.

Mr Gerry Tuddenham has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CPT Global Limited.

Mr Peter Corrigan has resigned as Managing Director to pursue other interests. The Board of CPT Global wishes to thank Peter for his contribution in the growth of CPT Global over the last ten years and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Mr Martin Caddick has been appointed as General Manager European & United Kingdom Operations. Martin is to be based in London and brings a wealth of local knowledge to our European and United Kingdom Operations.

A major driver in the appointment of Gerry Tuddenham as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer has been the Board's desire to facilitate growth. Gerry's appointment will promote international expansion; as well as strengthen growth in the Australian market particularly in the Northern Regions.
