Regarding the Company's Activities – Business Reactivation

The Board of Directors of CPI HOLDINGS PUBLIC LIMITED wishes to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and investors that:

1. The Company has started a negotiation procedure with non-banking financial institutions "My Credit" Ltd and "FINANCIAL HOUSE LOGOS-TM" JSC, for the granting to the Company of a credit line in order to support its Business Reactivation.
1. On 27.07.2023, the Company signed an agreement and proceeded to an advance payment for the acquisition of management shares in "AZUSA UMBRELLA FUND AIF V.C.I.C.", which is subject to the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
