Company Description

The company CPI Holdings Public Ltd was incorporated in Cyprus on August 12, 1976 as a Public Company with limited liability, in accordance with the Companies Law Cap. 113 with registration number 8306. The main activity of CPI Holdings Public Ltd until March 1996 was the production and wholesale of asbestos cement products. In May 1997 the Company suspended its trading activities and sold all its inventories. After June 1, 1997 the main activities of the Company included the leasing of part of its real estate and the acquisition of investments in public companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
