ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Delay in submitting financial results of the Company for the year end 31 December 2019

In the context of providing ongoing information to its shareholders and investors and in compliance with the guidelines of the supervisory authorities and, in particular, circulars E374 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and 13-2020 of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, issued further to the unstable situation created with the Covid-19 pandemic Cpi Holdings Public Ltd wishes to note that the practical difficulties caused by the pandemic and the relevant decrees have affected the smooth process of completion of the external audit and the publication of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019. This may therefore be extended beyond 30 April 2020, beyond the period set any Law and Regulations.

The submission and publication of the financial results is expected to take place in June 2020 within 2 months from the deadline. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Annual Report of 2019 will be notified in a new announcement
