The Board of Directors of Cpi Holdings Public Ltd examined and approved the company's audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 which are attached.

The financial statements of 2015 have been sent in electronic form and will be displayed on the website of the Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy) , and a sufficient number of copies will be available at the Company's registered office , 57 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue , Office 102, 6051 Larnaca.

The Board decided the Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at the company offices in Larnaca.
