CPI Holdings Public Ltd - Interim Result June 30, 2016

We wish to announce that at the meeting held on August 24, 2016 the Board of Directors of CPI Holdings Public Ltd examined and approved the Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated six months results for the period ended June 30, 2016. The results are attached.

The Condensed Consolidated Income Statement for the period 1 January to 30 June 2016 as well as the Interim Management Report will be published in the daily newspaper ' Politis' on Friday, 26 August 2016.

The results and the Interim Management Report will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available at the Company's registered office, Spyrou Kyprianou 57, 1st Floor, Office 102, 6051 Larnaca, tel 24661192 and in electronic format at the Cyprus Stock Exchange website www.cse.com.cv
